Facelift

Facelift also known as rhytidectomy, is an operation to lift up the face skin and tighten underlying muscles, so that the face will achieve a tighter and smoother appearance and more youthfull appearance. Cosmetic face lift surgery is generally performed under general anesthesia, facelift takes 2 to 3 hours. Hospitalization takes 1 night, the face bandage is removed in 5 to 7 days,  early recovery period after face rejuvenation takes usually 1-2 weeks. 7-10 days stay is enough for aesthetic face rejuvenation operation.

Breast enlargement

Breast enlargement surgery, commonly known as a breast implant or ‘boob job’ involves surgically inserting silicone gel or saline breast implants under the mammary gland, under the fascia or under the pectoral muscle to achieve larger, firmer and fuller breast. Breast enlargement is performed under general anesthesia and takes 1 hour. Choice of breast implants and their placement for breast enhancement depends on the patients anatomical and other properties. 1 night hospitalization after cosmetic breast enlargement operation and 7-10 days stay is enough, early recovery process 7-14 days.

Nose surgery

Nose operation rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia and it takes 2 hours appx. Bony bridge of the nose may be removed, deviations may be corrected and the tip may be lifted with the cosmetic nose job. The pack in the nose to prevent bleeding is removed in the 3^rd day. The plaster splint over the nose is removed on the 7th day after the aesthetic operation. The swellings decrease in 2 weeks and bruises fade away in 2 weeks, but healing continues 6 months. 7-10 days stay is enough for aesthetic nose operation.

Eyelid surgery

Eyelid operation blepharoplasty is an aesthetic surgery to correct the droopy and baggy eyelids. (eye lift and bag removal) Generally it is performed under local anesthesia and both eye lids can be operated at the same time, the upper and lower eyelid. The loose skin, fat prolapsed and sometimes a part of muscle are removed. Its usually added to the facelift operation. Bruises and swelling often fades away within 2 weeks after the aesthetic eyelid surgery. 7 days stay is enough.

Brow lift

Brow lift is performed to elevate the eyebrow and change their shape cosmetically. The procedure is done under local or general anesthesia. Bruises and swelling generally fades away within 10 days. The effect of the brow lifting is usually long lasting if its done with aesthetic operation. 3-7 days stay is enough.

Forehead lift

Forehead lift smoothes out frown lines and wrinkles on your forehead and between your eyes to give you a more youthful appearance. It is generally performed under general anesthesia. One night hospitalization is needed, resting is necessary for about a week. 5-10 days stay is enough. Swelling of the forehead will get back to normal in a couple of weeks. The final result of cosmetic forehead treatment stays for 5-10 years.

Ear surgery

Ear correction otoplasty is performed to correct the undesired position or shape of sticking out ear. Ear pinning is performed under local or general anesthesia. An elastic bandage is used after the ear surgery that covers the ears for 2 weeks at least. Pain and swelling of the ear is frequent. It is possible to go to work after a week, exercising and hair washing after 1 week after the aesthetic ear correction. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay.

Lip augmentation

Lip enhancement can be done with the patient’s own tissue (fat, dermal graft), with injection of a dermal filler material (hyaluronic acid) or by a remodeling operation using the tissue in vicinity of the lip to have fuller lips. May be back to work in 1-5 day.

Chin implants cheek implants

Chin and cheek implants are used for remodeling the face profile while using the facial implants. Its done to change the basic contours and balance of the face using carefully shaped implants to build up a receding chin, add prominence to cheekbones, or reshape the jaw line. The aesthetic procedure may be done under local or general anesthesia. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay.

Breast lift

Breast lift is a surgery done under general anesthesia, for droopy breasts to lift and reshape aesthetically. Breast uplift takes 1-3 hours. Hospitalization takes 1 night, return to work is possible in 3-7 days, exercising is not recommended approximately in 4-6 weeks after the procedure. Swelling and bruises may appear, a soft elastic bra is worn after the cosmetic breast surgery. Silicone breast implants may be added to lifting in suitable patients to achieve fuller lifted breast. 7-10 day stay is enough.

Breast reduction

Breast reduction surgery is done to decrease the size of excessive breast tissue who suffer physical discomfort, bad posture or embarrassment because of large breasts. The surgery is performed with general anesthesia and takes 2-3 hours. It is necessary to wear surgical bra for 3 weeks, hospitalization takes 1 night. The patient can return to work the following week and sportive activities can be started after about a month. 7-10 day stay is enough.

Male breast reduction

Gynaecomastia is the presence of excess breast tissue or fat depositions in male breast. Before cosmetic male breast reduction surgery, it is recommended to be examined by an endocrinologist. The gynaecomasty operation can be performed with local and sedation, but generally under general anesthesia. Hospitalization takes 1 night, it is necessary to wear chest bandage for 3-4 weeks, sportive activities are free after about a month. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay.

Tummy tuck

Tummy tuck, abdominoplasty solves the sagging skin and excessive fat, and gives a tight flat tummy and stomach. Tummy tuck is performed with epidural or general anesthesia and it takes 2-3 hours. 1 night hospitalization is enough and resting 5-7 day, and total recovery process takes 2-4 weeks. Compressive garment is used for 3 weeks after aesthetic tummytuck operation. 7-10 day stay is enough.

Liposuction

Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure, to correct the contour of the body by removing the fat deposited in a certain body part. Most often used technique is tumescent liposuction. It takes 1-2 hours, it is possible to return to work even after 3 days. Compression garment is used for 2-3 weeks after liposuction. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay.

Arm lift

Arm lift is used to correct the saggy upper arms, due to aging and weight loss. Arm lift is performed under regional or general anesthesia and it takes 1-2 hours. 1 night hospitalization is enough and resting for 5-7 day and total recovery process takes 2-4 weeks. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay for armlift surgery.

Buttock lift and gluteal implants

Buttock lift and gluteal implants are used to achieve fuller hips and nicely round shaped buttocks. If your figure is not ideal of female beauty there are techniques of aesthetic enlargement and shaping of buttocks and hips that might help. Your own fat injections (Brazilian butt lift BBL) or implants are used to correct the flat buttocks. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Calf implants

Calf implants are used to give fullness to the calves. The calf implants are likely to the breast implants. Sagging thighs can also be corrected by thigh lift surgery. This operation may be done with either general or epidural anesthesia. Healing takes 1-2 weeks. 7-10 day stay is enough.

Combined aesthetic operations

Combined aesthetic operations may be done to get rid of more problems with the body in one session. But here the length of the operation and the healing properties of the operations should be evaluated by the surgeon in order not to take any risk. Depending on the area, where it is necessary to tighten the skin we divide body lifting in upper – arms and breasts, middle – abdomen and lower – hips, buttock and thighs. It is naturally possible to perform total body lifting in all mentioned areas during one cosmetic surgery. Early healing needs 7-14 day stay.

Wrinkle treatment

Wrinkles may be reduced with a non-surgical cosmetic treatment, non-scarring manipulation by application of Botox^®/Dysport^® (Botulinum toxin type A). It is a cosmetic form of product of bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It can be used for treatment of wrinkles on the forehead, root of the nose, outer corners of eyes and by reduction of wrinkles on the neck. The treatment takes 5-10 minutes, it is an outpatient procedure without anesthesia. The final effect stays for 3-6 months, application can be repeated after some time.

Fillers

Injectable fillers are materials that are applied under the skin with the aim to smooth and lift aging skin. There are hyaluronic acid, hydroxylapatite, acrylates and others. Anesthesia is not necessary, but may be local only in form of anesthesia cream. The duration of the treatment depends on the type of filler and size of treated area. Return to normal activities is possible right after the treatment.

Scar revision

Scars of injury or any operations may be reduced by some aesthetic operations. The size and look of the end scar depends on the severity of the incident that caused, and the cure changes according to it. Scar revision may be done with local or general anesthesia.

Mole removal

Moles or other skin protrusions are present on almost everyone's skin. Some of these may need to be removed for medical reasons and others because of cosmetic reasons. It may be done with local anesthesia. Return to normal activities is possible right after the treatment.
